Refund Policy

A monthly fee of  R27 (excluding coupon discounts) will be charged for the use of YourLifeBook. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the signup, although substitutions may be permitted. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not provide any reasons for the cancellation. Notice of a request for a refund upon cancellation must be made via email to info@innoveight.co.za A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 3 working days and fees refunded within 30 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing a YourLifeBook account via our web site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we provide and therefore reserve the right to make a decision with regards to your refund due to your circumstances.

Should you wish to cancel your account without a refund, this can be done directly on your account management page. Once your account stops receiving monthly payments it will be frozen for 5 years and then deleted. Should you wish to reregister your account, you will need to contact us at info@innoveight.co.za and provide legitiment reasons for the cancelation and reactivation of your account. Once again we reserve the right to use our discretion with regards to your reasons and explanation before reactivating your dormant account.
