These terms and conditions govern your use of Life Book. By accessing and using Life Book, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, then you should not access or use Life Book.

In order to access and use Life Book, you need the following equipment and software:

You acknowledge and accept that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, data, text, design, illustrations, patents, photographs, software code and trademarks on Life Book belong to Innoveight (“website content”).

Neither Innoveight nor any holding company, subsidiary or related company of Innoveight, shall be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damage of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred, related to the use of, or the inability to access Life Book or to access or retrieve your documents.

You and Innoveight agree that:

Each of these terms and conditions are separate and severable from each of the others. If any particular term is found to be void or unenforceable, then the remaining terms will still be binding between yourself and Innoveight.

You agree that no indulgence given by either party to the other party will affect the terms of this agreement or any of the rights of party granting the indulgence. The indulgence will not constitute a waiver by the party granting the indulgence in respect of any of its rights. Under no circumstances will that party be estopped (or prevented) from exercising any of its rights in terms of these terms and conditions.

No agreement varying, adding to, deleting from or cancelling these terms and conditions, and no waiver of any right under this terms and conditions, shall be effective unless reduced to writing and signed by or on behalf of the parties.

Any reference to “you” in these terms and conditions means a natural person or a natural person contracting on behalf of an entity, such as a company, close corporation, partnership or trust.
